How To Build A Delicious Salad That Packs a Protein Punch

In need of a quick and easy meal that will leave you satisfied?

Welcome to another mile! In this short post, you will get an inside look into my go-to salad which I enjoy every day for lunch. Not only does this salad leave me satisfied, but it is so delicious and fresh. This salad combination was created by me using up leftover produce in my fridge along with some other whole food ingredients. Let's dive into it!


What you'll need:

Base: Spring mix/mixed greens lettuce

Protein: Chicken (I rotate this out with tofu, tempeh, and egg), Feta Cheese

Veggies: Beets, Avocado, Tomato

Flavor: Nutritional yeast, salt, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, beet juice
