  3. Take a relaxing and rejuvenating shower.

  5. Enjoy a meal or snack out in nature. Take in all of the sounds, sights, and smells! Just enjoy the beauty around you.

  7. Journal - stay connected with yourself by simply writing down exactly what is on your mind.
