FOUR Ingredient Homemade NICE Cream!

Hey everyone! Welcome back to another mile here on The Lifestyle Mile blog page! Today I have a yummy FOUR ingredient NICE cream recipe for you! This recipe only requires a blender and a container so it is extremely quick and easy! Like many of my other recipes, it is vegan and gluten-free! Ingredients:

  • 3 frozen bananas

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup coffee (any coffee of your choice)

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Chocolate chips (optional)


Step one: Brew a small cup of coffee (can be hot or cold) and set it a side. Or if you have a cold brew coffee ready to go, feel free to use that as well!


Step two: Add all of your ingredients except your chocolate chips into your blender! This includes 3 frozen bananas, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 cup coffee (any coffee of your choice), and 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. Blend these ingredients well.

Step three: Get out a freezer-safe container and pour your mixture into the container.


Step four (optional): Top your mixture off with chocolate chips!


Pre-frozen, topped with choc chips...


Step five: Freeze overnight or for at least 4-5 hours in a sealed container.


Step six: Enjoy!!
