Serves: about 14 bites
Ingredients:
1 cup soft pitted Medjool dates
1 cup raw cashews
3/4 cup coconut, shredded
1 teaspoon all-natural maple syrup
a pinch of sea salt
Ready for this QUICK 2 step process?!
Add all of your ingredients into a food processor and mix until well combined.
Roll into balls, place on parchment paper, and chill in fridge for at least 1 hour (store in the fridge up to one week).
