Today I will be sharing a delicious tutorial on how-to candy pecans! This recipe is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, quick, and easy! Let's get started!
What you'll need:
- 1/2 cup organic coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a saucepan, add in your 1/2 cup organic coconut sugar, 1/4 cup maple syrup, and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract over low-medium heat.
Once bubbles form, add in your 1 cup of chopped pecans and stir constantly for 30 seconds.
Pour the heated mixture into your prepared baking tin. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until it appears sticky.
Allow to cool and enjoy!!
