Vegan oat protein balls!!

Welcome to another blog post on the Lifestyle Mile blog page! Today I am bringing you yet another vegan, delicious, and easy recipe! Oat protein balls!! This recipe is a super yummy and healthy snack that you will love! I have seen and made so many vegan protein ball recipes and this recipe is by far the most delicious! I found this recipe off Pinterest and added some other extra ingredients. I hope you enjoy!!


The ingredients you will need are…

  • ⅓ cups of almond butter

  • ¾ cups of gluten-free rolled oats

  • ¼ cup tablespoons of maple syrup 

  • ¼ of raisins (optional) 

  • ¼ teaspoons of cinnamon 


This recipe called for hemp seeds, chia seeds, and salt but I did not add those ingredients and they still tasted so delicious. You can also add in chocolate chips if you like chocolate but I just decided to add raisins. 


Step one: Add in all of your ingredients. ⅓ cups of almond butter, ¾ cups of gluten-free rolled oats, ¼ cup tablespoons of maple syrup, ¼ of raisins (optional), ¼ teaspoons of cinnamon.


Step two: Next you are going to mix all of your ingredients with your hands or an electric mixer. (I did an electric mixer) 


Step three: Prepare a plate or tray and line it with parchment paper.


Step four: Use your hands to pick up the batter/mixture and form it into balls. (you can do any size you desire)


Step Five: Place all of your protein balls onto the parchment paper and refrigerate for about an hour. 


Step six: Enjoy! (store in fridge)
